Good product. He is beautiful and tall. It is easy to attach. It was a "risk" purchase for me because I wasn't sure if my pet rats would like it. They hate their wheels, but I want them to train. I can't let them walk around because they chew on wires, so I decided to try the ball. It has many ventilation holes and feet never get stuck. It's not their favorite activity, but they'll explore it for a few minutes and practice a bit, and then they're almost done with it. I hope they continue to enjoy it as it provides good practice! I had no problems with any part of the ball. I see no reason to give a bad review just because my rats don't like walking in it :)
