I really wanted to love these straps. When they arrived I was impressed with the thickness and strength of the straps themselves. Unfortunately, just a month after using it with my laptop bag, the clasp broke while the bag was on my shoulder and the strap came loose from the bag and the metal end hit me in the face. I was trying to fix the situation quickly to continue using the bag when the clasp on the other strap broke after just a week. So in less than 2 months 2/4 of the fasteners are broken and are only returned outside the window.
