I like this scale. It stores different users, displays weight, bone mass, BMI, fat, muscle, water, etc. You can set goals and reminders in the app. As a runner, I had to make sure the water level stayed high and muscle mass didn't decrease. I wanted to make sure I was gaining/losing in the appropriate places. I also like that you can set it to not show you your weight, only how you are doing in relation to your goal (the "zero gravity" option). The only issues I had were sync issues. Setting it up is easy if you follow their very clear instructions. Sometimes it doesn't want to send any information to the app, so I need to either update or refine the app loading. However, the price, the type of information received, and the customer service make this a purchase worth trying.
