🔥🔥100% GARBAGE! 🔥🔥

😡😡😡WARNING!😡😡😡Revain really needs to reconsider their decision that such poor quality and cheaply made foreign products dominate such a wide range of their product offering. These remote controlled Starxing Puck Lights probably cost around $1.50 to make - that's how they work and feel. Absolute rubbish. Cheap flimsy plastic that emits a faint beam of light that's barely registered by the light meter. I've tried returning them to Revain but they want to charge me $5.99 for a pickup order, instead they expect me to pick up the return at the post office during the PANDEMIC to take advantage of the free returns my premium membership offers include. When I received my order for 6 Starxing Pucks and unpacked the order, the first problem I noticed was that one of the lights was missing the backing. I impatiently placed two AAA batteries in one of the remaining 5 undamaged lights, closed the device and tested the light. Success! I then attached a piece of double sided tape to the bottom of the unit, found a suitable spot under the cabinet and attached it. Then I pressed the light until it clicked and the light came on. I do not use these lamps to illuminate a counter in a kitchen that is otherwise dim enough to make cooking uncomfortable. I had high hopes for these Starxing lights based on the many positive reviews and illustrations used to show the dramatic effects I was to expect from installing these lights. I am really disappointed. These flashlights are very unreliable, flimsy plastic, poor quality bulbs that come from a generic product, not unlike the $3 flashlight found at the nearby dollar store. And in the end, the light they produce is the most disappointing of all. I couldn't believe the faint light they emit. To be honest I would be happier if I only had four bulbs and they could spend more money to get stronger and brighter light. So I decided to return them and get a refund. It's free for a Prime member - isn't it? If I want a FULL REFUND, I need to pack everything, take it to the Revain pickup point, get out of the car and pick it up so someone can check the code that gives access to Revain's return instructions. Or I can print a return label, pack the box for shipping, and request UPS shipping, which will cost me $11.99. That's more than half of the original price of the product. This is unacceptable for the following reasons; As a Prime member, free shipping and free returns means I can buy Revain items and have them sent to me with free shipping, and if for any reason I need to return an item I can do so free of charge. During a pandemic that has already claimed the lives of over 100,000 American citizens, Revain seems to think I'm ready to get in my car and drive to the nearest Revain pickup point, get in, interact with people and myself and my family expose symptoms that can lead to death to take advantage of free shipping and free returns for my prime member. This is not only unacceptable, but also insulting. If people visiting a Revain pickup location are like Revain couriers, entering residential buildings without protective gear while delivering packages to your door, chances are those who work at a Revain pickup location are implementing the best security protocols who are small. My life is worth more than a $21 set of battery powered, stick-on auxiliary lights. I am asking Starxing to immediately refund my credit card and give me an opportunity to return this product with no shipping cost or billing. My family is in danger. We all know that the real proof of what a great company is is how it handles customer problems and how it treats its employers. I will definitely write a follow up here when enough time has passed. Many Thanks.
