Countertop surface damaged, terrible smell
The surface of an important detail was chipped. Also, the sides of the MDF board broke when tightening the pot's metal fasteners, which also broke. I can confirm the smell is pretty awful for about 3 days. Ultimately I wish they would send a replacement as I don't feel like taking this thing apart to try to get it back in the box. At this price I'll live with the issues and will probably throw it away if I find a better replacement.
