Excellent Hip Pain Relief While Sleeping

This product is essential for all pregnant women with hip pain while sleeping. I wish I had bought it sooner. I call it my "raft"! I recommend installing on a guest bed. I always start my night in my regular bed on my side, but usually switch around 2-4am for a few hours once my hips start to hurt. The main reason I tend to lean backwards is that looking down my nose gets blocked. FYI: I don't use the airbag that came with it. I just fold my two pillows together. Some reviewers complain that their backs are starting to hurt after so long. Although partly true, the product comes with a small scarf/sheet that acts like a hammock to give your stomach some support. The sloping leg section may also feel uncomfortable at first, but it does a very valuable job by supporting the hips and back. Other reviewers note that the opening isn't big enough. I would describe myself as short to medium sized (5ft 4in, 135lbs before pregnancy) and feel like the main hole is barely big enough for me now at 30 weeks. To help, I didn't blow air into the ring in the hole. But be careful, if you turn it over, the hole will get bigger. Unfortunately, this side is all plastic with no velvet fabric and the hips don't drop as much. My last comment relates to the chest area. Gap was good in concept but crude in execution. I'm only 34B and barely fit. But I wouldn't do without this product. The gap helps relieve chest pressure, which is all I personally need. I'll sacrifice chest compression for hip relief. I hope you try. I know I've been fighting for weeks. I first bought a U-shaped body pillow that I used to propped on my stomach. It worked, but only for so long.
