The best part about this product it's ease to use for our customers as well as having all their tools available from one place makes life easy! There isn't anything I dislike but if there was something then maybe being able to have some sort of an interface where you could see what alerts are coming up or even be notified when they come up would help us out alot!! We've been using this software since we started working together over 5 years ago now so not much has changed really just minor updates here and there which can sometimes make things harder instead easier.
