Too small for iPhone 12 Pro Max with case

I have an Apple case on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I want a case to put my iPhone and case in while I'm fishing. I don't want to spend five minutes swapping one case for another, I just want to slip my iPhone into my pocket and go. Unfortunately, all bags/cases on the market have the same problem. My old iPhone 6s would have been fine.
