Ruined my Chromebook and phone

Worked for over a month but one day I was charging my Chromebook and all of a sudden my screen went black. This charger also works on my phone so I tested it on my phone to see if the charger is dead or not. It ended up destroying my phone too. Please buy original manufacturer chargers if you do not want your Chromebook or any of your other devices to be damaged. learned my lesson
