We are very happy with this shower enclosure. Seller provided additional emails as well as instructions in the box to avoid issues mentioned in some reviews where the cart didn't stay in place. I have followed these instructions to the letter and our car has been running for three weeks with no sign of loosening. We have large tiles in our shower so the suction cups don't install over the grout lines which would be an epic mistake. I also wouldn't put it on tiles that aren't entirely smooth, or maybe old tiles that may have become porous. I placed the reservoir fairly high, just below the level of the shower head so it doesn't get wet every day. I usually do this with everything in the shower simply because I like trying to prevent mold issues. I made sure the tile was very clean and then gave it a good wipe with alcohol. I followed the instructions and carefully installed the suction cups and then installed the basket. I waited a full 3 days before filling the basket so we could tighten the buttons further as they loosen a bit initially. After 3 days I couldn't move them and neither could my husband. I filled the container and we checked the handles every few days to make sure they weren't loose. They are rock hard and we have so many shampoos, conditioners, body washes, shaving creams etc. I would recommend this to anyone who has smooth non porous tiles. Patience is key during installation as you need to give it time to adjust suction and continue to tighten before you fill it.
