Unfortunately, this pillow didn't stop my shoulder pain.
I sleep on my side, when I sleep I put my hand under the pillow. I've used pregnancy pillows successfully, but when it came time for a new pillow I wanted a regular sized pillow that wouldn't take up as much room in my bed. When I saw that this pillow said it was specifically for side sleepers and had a 5 star rating, I bought it. Unfortunately my shoulder pain returned and when I woke up each morning I couldn't move it without pain. So now I'm going back to my other pillow. I was hoping this pillow would fit because it's really soft.
