Just take a regular scale
Calculates fat or muscle mass inaccurately. The percentage has stayed the same for my last 3 weigh-ins. The scale in my shoes has shifted/changed, but not in my home Ozeri scale. I have 2 different measurements 1 minute apart. I'm really confused. I think it's ok if you just want to know how much you weigh, but not if you're tracking your "gains".
