Ordered a toner cartridge from Do It Wiser, received and installed, was not satisfied. The print quality was poor, streaking, and the brightness was no better than the old cartridge I replaced. After a bad review, I received a call from Do It Wiser offering a refund or a replacement cartridge of my choice. I have requested a new cartridge, received it, installed it and am happy to report that this cartridge prints correctly. I found the problem with the original was that it couldn't even be turned by hand. I was concerned that the mechanism in my printer would be removed, but with a replacement it works fine. I'm impressed that they responded to my issue and offered to replace or refund this product. I would buy again in the future.
