Review on 🧈 BIA Cordon Bleu Butter Dish: Optimized for Food Service Equipment & Supplies by John Patterson

I really like this dish with butter. We source 1 pound blocks of butter from a large local farm. I've bought other large oilers - this is the only one that actually fits a full pound block. It differs in that it's not like most oilers on a flat deck, but I actually like it better for 1lb blocks; It wouldn't be ideal if you only used 1/2 cup buttersticks.
