Review on 🪒 Lord Premium Safety Razor LP1822L aka L6: Enhanced Shaving Experience for Men by Samantha Davis

For less than $10 you just can't win. Sure, it's not a high-end $200-$400 handcrafted razor, but I get a BBS shave every time with most blades. It works like a toothbrush. You won't be blown away by its looks, but you'll be pleased with the great shave you get despite its price. You can buy this razor and never need another. I have tried about ten different mid to low price razor blades and have never been disappointed. I use this razor as a reference when trying a new blade and getting questionable results with a different razor. If I put the same blade in the Lord L6 I'll probably get a BBS shave again, which means my blade angle was probably wrong on the other razor. I still have about a dozen different razors, and I've had about two dozen more in the past, some of which cost over $200. ALL cost more than L6. Honestly this is my favorite razor just because of the contradiction between its price and the quality of the shave. No, it's not my favorite razor, but it's not ugly, just useful. The Shark blade in this razor gives me a clean BBS shave in less time than my OneBlade Genesis. Both L6 and Shark are made in Egypt by Lord. Egyptian safety razor you say? You know, the people who brought us a letter, pen and paper, toothpaste and toothbrush, plow, crescent calendar, clock and cosmetics (No, I'm not Egyptian. I'm just saying). With fewer than 10 locations, you can get a ridiculously close shave for about $1 a month. Will it last forever? If you take the time to quickly take it apart and dry it after every shave, maybe. Leave the wet metal in the air for a few months and/or be less careful when screwing on the knob and you might have to spend another $8-10 in a few years. Is it eye candy? no Will you shake your head after using such a cheap, efficient razor and get a perfect shave every time? Yes. Just like a Toyota Corolla isn't a Porsche or Land Rover, they'll both get you there, just in different styles.
