Works great, stepless adjustment.
A really good tachometer, especially as it is almost continuously adjustable. My Force 85hp outboard has no stock boost and I was limited to a tachometer or two from regular boat shops that might work. This matches my other sensors and is calibrated for any number of pulses per revolution. If I had any complaints, the sweeper needle would lag a bit behind actual RPM, but on a regular pleasure boat that's not a problem.
