This backpack bag is just what I needed. Very diverse. I bought this for an emergency when I need to pick up my two cats quickly. However, some improvements wouldn't hurt. It's a bit awkward to pick up when there's actually a pet inside. My cat girl tends to lie on her side which makes her uncomfortable picking him up but doesn't make her too uncomfortable. I think a thicker and stronger grip on top would help (like the Sony). I also wish there was a way to close the stitches on the sides when I take her to the vet. But overall I'm very satisfied and think it's a great product!
