I was pleasantly surprised with my purchase. I usually never buy clothes, especially coats, on the internet, but I really needed them and couldn't find them in stores, so I decided to shop on the internet, found this and fell in love. I was a bit wary because I am what they call a plus size woman and this coat was made in China and usually runs small so I went with the largest size available hoping it would either be just right or a little tight but when it arrived in the mail and I tried it on it fit perfectly and didn't fit at all! It was beautifully packaged and arrived exactly on time. It's a heavy coat and very warm. Actually, the only thing that comes to mind about this coat is that the inside of the pockets feels like felt, but that doesn't really bother me. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and I really like my new coat!
