Updated May 24 - Quick response from support regarding an app issue. It is confirmed that a fix is being worked on. Can not Hardly Wait! Scale ordered, arrived quickly, well packaged, in good condition. Follow the instructions to set up the scale, install the app, run the profile and pair it. I also connected it to my Fitbit app which was easy. It worked fine for the first 6 days. However, the scale did not connect to my cell phone (Samsung) on the 7th day after the update with the date 05/19/2019. Looking at the app reviews, it seems that other users have had the same problem. I've tried pretty much everything: quit and restarted the app, turned off and restored my BT, disconnected all other BT devices from my phone and even made sure no other devices were paired with the scale at the time. I even changed the batteries in the scale. The only step I haven't tried is uninstalling and reinstalling the app. What will be my next step tonight? Email support and the reply said it would take up to 72 hours to resolve the issue. If reinstalling the app doesn't work and support doesn't release a fix by May 27th, we'll return the scale as defective. We will update in any case.
