I had my doubts, but I also really wanted to sleep. (I struggle with severe chronic pain and insomnia.) The first thing I did out of the bag was tuck the heavy blanket into the blanket. It was a lot easier than I expected. He was enthusiastic about the material: bamboo feels silky and cool. But the big surprise was that I got to bed a good three hours earlier than I usually manage to get to sleep. The next morning I found that I fell asleep within minutes - and slept until morning. First full night's sleep - without sleeping pills - in 15 years. I highly recommend this product and suggest getting a cover - you don't want to try to figure out how to clean a real duvet!
