i really like it

Easier than I expected but don't think it's cheap and doesn't work. I personally like this massager better than the electric ones I've had before because it targets a specific trigger point just as well and can also cover a larger area than an electric one. I mainly use a calf massage roller because I run 6-7 days a week. So I can massage both sides of a calf at the same time. I have to admit when I first started using it I had a mixed feeling of itching and pain. but it took me a few days to get used to it. It really helps my muscles relax and recover. I usually ride 1-2 minutes per leg. I've seen people use it for so long they even got bruises on their legs. Yes, pressure is harder to control than electrical pressure, and I think it also depends on your leg/arm girth (assuming you use both legs and arms). My BMI fluctuates between 19 and 21 and it works well for my calves as my highest BMI is currently 21. I'm sure if my BMI changes the pressure from the roller will be a little different. I suspect that if you have a BMI over 25 you will find it more painful. I think it's worth a try. Of course, this doesn't work for everyone. So far I'm very happy to use it the day after my runs.
