Small size is my pros and cons
The item was marked a size 5-8 but that would have been a stretch as it fit my 4 year old and didn't hang around. The tulle is very stiff and each color is a separate panel so it looks unpleated. The satin ribbon around the edges that doubles as a belt is a nice touch, but the stiffness really ruins the overall look.
