Great deal, guaranteed?
I bought this DVD player for my wife's friend. She absolutely loves this player and with all the items included, headphones, case, it's a great item. These players are hard to find in local department stores. I tried to contact this seller for warranty information. When they answered the phone number was wrong. I haven't received a response from support for several days. I'm not sure if this DVD player is covered under warranty.
