The lens was so tight to the body that I almost broke it trying to remove it. I had to pry off the lens and bend the can a bit before breaking it enough to rotate. I assume it's the plastic threads in the glass and the plastic lens that sticks together like plastic at times. In any case, the machine or something similar is too tight on the lens. I'm tall and strong, but there's nothing to cling to when I try to remove the lens. Everything else is fine with the light. A control chip is visible on the board and this is of higher quality than the unreliable nine LED blocks that were on my van.
