. Having used it about 10-15 times I understand my skin will always be irritated afterwards. It was also difficult to measure how long it should be kept in the microwave. I found I had to run five seconds at a time, which was too long for me. And sometimes it got too hot and I had to put it in the fridge to cool it down. Also, I've found that it will be very dirty and dry in the grooves, making it difficult for me to open the tin when I'm ready to use it again.
