They definitely work as they should. The shoulder straps and "round parts" definitely tighten the bra, making it tighter and more lifted. Unfortunately the elastic on one of the "clips" has come loose and I don't know how to fix it, but there are a couple of these clips in the box. To use clips you must first attach them to the back of your bra or have someone do this for you after the bra is on. Unless you are flexible enough. then you are probably done. :-) The same applies to round bra holders.
