It's charming but not worth the price.
I bought this dress for my 2 year old daughter's little birthday party. Nice but looks cheap. The tulle skirt is not very fluffy and white gaps in the fabric are visible through the tulle. I wish the skirt was a little fuller all the way around. I don't think it cost more than $10.
