I really LOVE it when something works exactly the way it's supposed to. I had a sandbag base for my Garmin GPS, so I didn't see the need to buy another when all I needed was a "clip" to hold my iPhone 7 plus. It also holds my Garmin GPS which is about 1/4 inch larger than my iPhone in a Speck case. It keeps it perfectly in landscape mode, which I'll be using almost 100% of the time. It's in portrait mode if that's what you want. I like the sandbag base as I didn't want anything sticking to the windshield or dash. I've been using the base with my GPS for years and have NEVER had a problem with it slipping or sliding Move. Very happy with my purchase. Five stars for that.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
