At first I thought the ArtBin brush box was a luxury item that you don't have to buy and use. However, after losing the clear plastic brush tip cover so many times, I realized that instead of throwing the brushes into a big box with no holders and making a mess, it would make more sense to set the brushes individually for the display and all the brushes (and parts) in one place, and that's what the ArtBin Brush Box does. The box is simple, cheap, elegant, durable and translucent. Brushes are not visible through the box as the plastic is not fully see-through, but upon opening the lid, you can see a nice, clean layout with gray foam slots for ten brushes on either side (accommodates a total of 20 brushes in one box) where the brush heads and handles can fit inside each other. Foam grips are strong and hold pens securely in place, whether thick or thin. Best of all, if you lose something in the box, it stays in the box when the lid is closed. The lid is a simple plastic tab and feels a little too basic, but it works and keeps the lid secure. The hinges have metal rod inserts for strength and smooth operation. The box is approximately 5.75 inches wide, 13.75 inches long and 1.15 inches high. Two boxes should contain forty of your favorite brushes. This is a really nice neat light box. , safe, durable,
