Quality seems good. Small pieces of clear rubber that can be replaced don't stick very well. It's a bit annoying. I transitioned from lighter weight very quickly. With in a few days. However, heavier weight is a big jump. They make my teeth a bit sensitive. I wonder what orthodontists think about this. I will say this is not hype I definitely bought myself into by looking at their ads. Definitely buy a cheaper set like this instead of outrageously expensive ones. It's a piece of gum that you can chew. I highly doubt that the more expensive ones are worth the investment.
