This device has EVERYTHING! i already love it I'm the biggest skeptic when it comes to shopping for hair online, but in the end I said to myself, just buy it. I'm glad I did. The hair is so soft and looks EXACTLY like my hair in texture! Only when trying on and combing did a few strands fall out. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because I didn't officially cut and tighten the lace to see how it works. But from the faucet straight out of the packaging. I'm sold! There will be an update soon! UPDATE: 05/30/2020 I LOVE the device. People thought it was my real hair. Shh don't tell anyone lol. I have received many compliments. I ironed it a bit after washing and even added flexible boning once. I usually just wear it as is. If you want a soft, natural hair texture, buy this. You will not be disappointed.
