Cons: - Not sure if they mean "collar stretch" or "flexible collar". It seems that this is a regular collar with a standard button. The button does not "slip" like some other shirts I have. - The material is very thin for a dress shirt. Light, you can clearly see every line of my white t-shirt. Pros: - I bought it for a large I have a long torso. The tail is long so it doesn't stay a problem.
