The team at GDN were very helpful in understanding how my business could best support our goals of growth & sustainability while remaining true to their values as people who care about what they do for others rather than just doing it well. They are also good listeners - which can be hard when dealing with more senior partners! If I needed help or advice at any point during this engagement then there was always someone available. This has been an important part of growing GDN's consulting practice over recent years (from 1 lawyer) but we've still not found all that many lawyers out there willing to come onboard early-on so now have had to grow from within ourselves.
