Good bike, in KM not miles. Resistance doesn't go high or very strenous for a experienced biker. Good exercise for those looking for moderate exercise or people 55+, and affordable. My son put it together with the included wrench. Easy to fold and move, light and compact. Cables are a plus. Its no luxury bike, or even what you get at the gym, but its affordable and does its job well. If you are looking for a simple, no thrills bike you can't beat it. If you are young and trying to get in killer shape, go for something a little more pricey. Been great durng COVID due to gyms closed.
