I like how simple it was to setup my first blog or business page; however, their customer service could use some work! They aren't always helpful when there's any issue related to services they provide (and sometimes even if its not something directly provided).

Their support ticketing option would benefit from more response time options than "next day" so customers know where things stand. We were looking for hosting but didn’t want our domain being taken over once set up because other companies charge very expensive fees just to transfer them into their own nameservers/domains which isn’t much cheaper than what Hostgator provides. Auctori helped avoid this expense since many domains already have been transferred through them previously before adding your new sites DNS information onto your existing ones.
