Update: I stupidly ordered another one of those shiny bracelets. The same damn thing happened. Three weeks later my wrist turned GREEN. No fucking way to contact the company. Do yourself a favor and buy another tape. I recommend the Wearlizer compatible with Charge 2 Charge 2 Bands/Assesories/Strap Adjustable for Bands Charge 2 Bling Style Silver. Great band and NO GREEN WRIST! This band is beautiful and I loved it BUT it turned my wrist GREEN in just over a month! The point of a Fitbit is to wear it all the time, but what's the point of having a nice strap if your wrist is horribly green? VERY DISAPPOINTED! Warranty is included, but contact with the company is not possible. If I could give negative stars I would.😠
