I like that it has automatic reminders, so you don't have to set them up yourself! Also there are some great features for scheduling meetings with others in different time zones or even at times other than your own (like when they're sleeping!). You can also create tasks/notes within individual events as well which makes things easier if someone else needs help setting something out of office hours - just add an additional note inside their event instead :) The only thing i dislike about this program compared against its competitors would be how limitedly customisable certain aspects could appear- such being creating new views from existing ones etc.. Other options do offer more flexibility but not necessarily better overall functionality either way though! Great all around solution especially considering price point!! We use multi calender mainly because we manage several projects across various team members who work remotely sometimes over long distances away; however having our project manager's schedule available.
