When choosing between this brass razor and a stainless steel safety razor (both non-adjustable) and price is important to you, the choice is easy. That. Very well made and should last for many years. The shave is moderately aggressive, so maybe not for the beginner. Brass is beautiful and I've read that it can be polished to keep its shine. My compliments for a great product at an affordable price.
