I couldn't wait to get this to wear to homecoming this past week.luckily it came AS SSOOOOONNNN as I was on my way out! (Perfect timing) after ironing it, it certainly had the right hue of blue, nice and drapey, long enough. I like it.however I see why some folks complained! No belt loops and has an uncommon cut so it falls off the shoulder easily. Personally I plan to embellish it myself to create a belt loop tunnel on the inside. Also find a border strip from Michael's to weigh it down at the shoulders. Otherwise it's a nice piece (see attached pics)
