I don't know what the negative complaints are about.
This is exactly what I expected. It's not a natural pumice stone, but that doesn't mean it's not effective at removing hard, dry calluses on your heels and big toe. I don't find it too crumbly or cheap; looks like exactly what is used at the nearby spa. The title says "Pumice Stone" but anyone with critical thinking skills should be able to conclude that this is not natural pumice just by SEEING ALL PICTURES OF THE PURPLE MANUFACTURED BRICK. However, I don't think it's my business.
