The best part is that I can have my resume in an easy format to upload when applying online with this software. It also has other features like creating groups of people which helps me organize better than if it were not there at all! There are some things which sometimes takes time or requires you to learn how to use them but overall its good enough so far. This allows us to be more organized as we do recruitment process using our own platform called Recruitment Hub and having everything under one roof makes sense.
