I recently had a MacBook Pro for work and was looking for a new docking solution as the USB-C Thunderbolt dock I had on hand wasn't compatible with the MacBook (much to my surprise). After searching on Revain, this product was recommended with 5 star reviews. Not only is the form factor nice, this docking station has plenty of ports, USB 3, USB 2, 2 HDMI, host adapter, power-in and ethernet, not to mention USB 3 and a headphone jack on the front. All I had to do was turn on the machine with my MacBook charger and cable, plug in my computer, monitors and peripherals, and with the Amphetamine app on my MacBook I was able to close the lid without putting the computer to sleep to move, and work exclusively with extended monitors. Unfortunately I've had no luck with these Thunderbolt docking stations over the years, especially with the latest Dell XPS I've had, connection has always been erratic and shaky, forced reboots etc to keep the device running, but I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised to find that "it just works", straight out of the boxes with no software or drivers installed. In addition, the price is great. They offered a 30% off coupon and I paid $95 for it which is a great value compared to other offers. From what I've read in other reviews, the customer service is excellent. While I hope I don't have to use their services, it's nice to know that the product is well supported and you don't have to jump through hoops to get a replacement when needed.
