Very nice bag. The material does not shine and does not look plastic, good texture. The zippers feel strong and smooth. The dark gray is nice and has a very slight metallic tint to it, but not to the point where it's tacky. Carefully inspected and found no seams or imperfections. The size is perfect, very roomy, lots of pockets inside and out. It can be worn on the shoulder or over the shoulder - the length of the handle is perfect for both. I plan to order in another color 😊
