This product is only rated 4 stars as it took some research to find out it was made in China. As I have said in other reviews of Chinese made products I have nothing against the people or the culture but I am interested in the manufacturing process, their standards and the safety measures involved in making this inexpensive baby item. The quality looks exceptional. Soft and pleasant to the touch. This is a gift for a colleague and I think she will love it for her little boy. My biggest criticism is that it was not listed anywhere on the purchase page as to where it was made. China still uses slave labor to cheaply manufacture the products we buy in the US. I'm not sure what that says about us. In general, the product is of high quality and is perfect as a gift. I tentatively recommend it as a Vine Voice reviewer for a free product.
