Perfect for those who don't have Bluetooth or an extra cable in their car. Instead of spending more than 200 euros to install a sound system, fiddle with the wiring and choose a new interface, you can just get one of these. They are inexpensive and very easy to use. It takes less than 2 minutes to install on my iPhone (see video) and the sound quality is good enough for my needs. Bluetooth 5.0 is much better than previous generations like 4.0 or 4.2. I've had BT 4.0 and 4.2 channels and they lagged behind here and there. BT 5.0 doesn't lag and hasn't disappointed me (yet).
