I like how easy it is to use for any level user with no technical knowledge required at all. It's also very flexible when you need customization or changes done after initial implementation (which was needed because our website had some old issues). After implementing we've seen quite good results from organic traffic increase by more than 30%. There are few minor features which could be improved but overall this tool has given us great benefits so far without spending too much time learning about its functionality as well. Our main objective now would be increasing new leads coming into contact via email/telephone calls while keeping existing ones engaged using various social platforms including LinkedIn group chats etc.
