This is my new favorite brow pencil. My sparse brows have been greatly improved and they look more natural. I received the item a day earlier than expected; it was well packed. I used the stick right after washing off the product I usually apply. The two application steps are conveniently located on the back of the box. You can see Method 1 for sparse brows, but just remove the barcode to see Method 2 for normal brows. I love this product and will order again and again.
