I got this for my husband. He already had one in this brand, do I grabbed another in a slightly newer model because he likes them so.They're pretty user friendly and they fit his wrist well. He has a smaller frame, so this watch isn't all big and bulky like others tend to be on his wrist. There are many notches to adjust the wristband though, so this could fit a good range of sizes.The app (VeryFit) is easy to install from the app store and then just follow the steps for set up. The only issue my husband has with the app is that it's constantly running in the background. He doesn't think it's using too much battery, but it will stay on even if he tries to force stop it, it will then pop back on.You can change the different face screens on it. It comes with preinstalled faces, but you can also download your own, but you will have to delete one of the faces to make room for it.The watch has a fitness tracker that tracks steps, distance, sleeping/rest, heart rate, calorie burn, stress, even your menstrual cycle (if applicable) and such. It also can control music and is Alexa enabled. My husband can tell his watch to do stuff just like we do with our Dots.Overall he likes the watch. It's not ridiculously expensive like some of the other smart watches either.
