Take the time to go through the setup steps.

I had another DVR from another company but it is 10 times better than the old one. The image quality is incredible and allows you to zoom in on what you want to see. Let's use our original cameras, we just plugged them in and they worked straight away. The IOS app required some work to make it work. Just make sure you follow the steps that guided you in the app. I'm very satisfied with the all-round visibility and safety I was looking for! 5 Stars!
