I've been using McCarty's Sacro-ease for about 5-6 years. They work if you have problems with sciatica ali g with lower back pain. Sometimes they need to be replaced, but it's worth it. I use mine when I'm embroidering, sitting on the beach, going to the theater or even to a restaurant. I need it and I use it. Also great for long car rides and planes. It is important that when you receive your pillow that you open the cover and remove the foam part on the back. This allows the spine to "float" on the pillow. Hence no pain. Have recommended to many friends.
